Meet our Optometrist

Dr. Zhou has lengthy experience of education, research and practice in both ophthalmology and optometry.

Dr. Zhou was born and grew up in Beijing. She originally received her medical degree and subsequently ophthalmology residency in Beijing Medical University and Peking University Health Science Centre.

After the residency, she joined Beijing Medical Hospital as an ophthalmologist where she had gained extensive clinical experience and expertise in diagnosis and management of different eye and vision conditions.

Dr. Zhou graduated with a high degree in one of the top optometry schools in North America. Dr. Zhou has practiced as an optometrist in Ontario, Canada since 2011. She is an active member of the College of Optometrists of Ontario, and Ontario Association of Optometrists. She is board certified to prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents (TPA) for ocular conditions. She actively attends both optometry and ophthalmic symposiums and seizes other opportunities of continuing education to extend her professional knowledge and techniques.

Dr. Zhou founded Dominion Optometry more than ten years ago in Windsor, Ontario, where she provides full scope of optometry services. She is excited to look forward to utilizing her knowledge and passion to provide premium eye and vision care to her patients of all ages.
